Embroidery and Vector Order Process
Order fulfillment is a multi-step process. You can track the progress of your order from your virtual account. If you have questions regarding the ordering process please contact us before submitting an order.
Step #1: Pending
Once an order has been placed successfully it is in a "Pending" state. At this time it is entered into a queue to be processed. You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your order from within your virtual account.
Unless you have credit terms, your credit card will be authorized $50 for each order. We do this to ensure funds are available upon completion and because the number of stitches will not be known until the order is complete.
*Vector orders will be charged at the time of order based on the service type requested.
Step #2 Processing
Once one of our digitizers begins working on the order it is placed in a "Processing" state. At this point you may not cancel your order from within your virtual account.
Your art work will be converted and the digitizer will input the number of stitches used. This will be used to automatically compute the cost of the conversion for step #3.
Step #3 Completed
Once the art work has been digitized, the digitizer will upload the file and any accompanying pictures or run sheets and enter the actual stitch count and the charge stitch count if different. You will be billed on the "charge" stitch count. Upon submitting, you will receive an email notifying you of your finished order and the cost of the order. If you do not have credit terms and the cost is under $50 your card will automatically be charged for the exact cost of the order. If your balance is over $50, you will be prompted to re-enter your credit card (or re-select the card previously used on file) in order to access your finished files. Once payment has been received, you can access your finished orders from within your virtual account under "Digitizing Order History"
*Vector orders will be uploaded in similar manner, but your card will have already been charged at the time of placing an order. The finished order will be attached to the completed order email and you can also download the file from within your virtual account.
