For Custom Embroidery Digitizing, we offer Fast Same Day Service as well as Next Day and Two Day embroidery digitizing service. Most custom embroidery designs will be finished within 24 hours and many within 12 hours. We have several digitizers that work around the clock, meaning you can send your artwork before you leave work and many times arrive to work in the morning with finished embroidery files in your in box. All orders will be finished within 2 days guaranteed. If you require 24 hour service, be sure to click on the 24-hour option once you've logged on.
We prefer .jpg format, but we accept the following: .svg, .jpeg, .eps, .pdf, .bmp, .png, .ai, .gif, .tif with a size limit of 2 MB.
When you use a .jpg format, our system will give you a thumbnail preview of the design inside your account, so you can easily identify what order it belongs to. If you use a format that can't be generated as a thumbnail, you'll see a generic 24hourdigitizing file icon, reflecting the format you uploaded.
Your custom artwork can be saved in the following embroidery machine formats:
10o, .cnd, .csd, .dst, .emb, .exp, .fmc, .fdr, .U**, .hus, .jef, .pcd, .pcq, .pec, .pes,.pxf, .ref, .sew, .xxx
We allow you to choose two formats. For example, many of our customers that have their own digitizing software, want a format that their machine will run but also one that they can choose to do minor edits in their own software. Often, the native format is different than the embroidery machine format so we offer both.
We use multiple brands of embroidery software so you get the embroidery digitizing file to match your embroidery machine and software ensuring a seamless and smooth embroidery!
